Rooms were very clean, resort and staff accommodating and very friendly. The pools were immaculate. The waterside park for my grandson was amazing!! It was so much fun for adults and kids. The reason for a 4 is because of the beach and activities. The beach was more like a bay. The water was brown although there were storms the week before so not sure if that was why. Activities by the pool seemed limited. We would have liked more entertainment, music etc during the day

Dream flora was gorgeous. The grounds, pools, resturaunts.. everything was well maintained and clean! Food was good. We liked the hibachi, sushi, breakfast buffet and Portifino. We did a prefered suite and had a butler for the week. Wily went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He sought us out daily to check in and communicated daily. The staff put a banner on the door and wily had a cake delivered to the resturaunt for my husbands birthday. We accidently balled up swim trunks into dirty towels and the gousekeeping staff found them and brought them back to our room. We would absolutely go back!

We recently stayed at Dreams Flor and, unfortunately, had a very distressing experience regarding our son’s dairy allergy. Despite informing the staff at the beginning of every meal — and even having them write down his allergy on a slip of paper to give directly to the chef — the kitchen still failed to take the necessary precautions on three separate occasions in three different on-site restaurants. 1st incident: Our son was served mashed potatoes that contained dairy. 2nd incident: His salmon was topped with pesto butter. 3rd incident: Butter was mixed into his corn, and this time we caught it only after he had already eaten some and began reacting. This incident led to us having to give him Zyrtec to manage the symptoms. We caught the first two mistakes before he consumed them, but the third one resulted in a real reaction — something no parent should have to experience on vacation, especially after repeatedly communicating dietary restrictions. When we brought all of this to management, instead of acknowledging the pattern of negligence, they implied that we must have given him something else, which was both untrue and upsetting. To be fair, our butler was genuinely caring, attentive, and did everything within their control to support us. Unfortunately, the attention to detail from the kitchens and restaurant staff was as consistently lacking, making every mealtime a source of anxiety. If you or your children have food allergies, please be extremely cautious.

This property is amazing and the preferred club swim up to rooms were perfect. Our butler Emilio was excellent and went above and beyond for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday by surprising him with a cake and bottle of bubbles in our room. I would totally recommend him. All the staff are excellent.

I have been to Punta Cana about 16 times and this is one of the best resorts. The food is excellent. Not one bad meal. Staff are very friendly. Great water park for children. Rooms were well maintained and just the right size. We loved the beach and lots of loungers at any time of day. Can’t say one bad thing about this place. We will go back. A very positive experience for the whole family. Thanks Dreams Flora for making our vacation a step above all the rest.

The worst trip we ever had was to Dominican republic because we chose to stay in this hotel. I did not have time to submit this review. But would like to share the experience. It was a seaweed season and stepping out of the car it smelled like spoiled eggs so much. The ocean was just black color. it was a discounted purchase and hotels close by did not have same condition as we found out later by traveling. i wish we would just move in the beginning after arrival. Staff kept telling us that it was everywhere which clearly wasn't the case. They should have notified tourist when making reservation that property is in such bad condition with the seaweed, there should be a disclaimer. We traveled almost 24 hours with a small child and me being pregnant. I would never do this trip otherwise. i feel that it was very unfair. Food was all oily , not even a fresh salad, everything fried I barely ate for 10 days. Kids zone had nothing but 2 broken slides overheated in a sun surrounded by flies. There are way better hotels for the same money. hard rock costed exactly the same and it's not even comparable. Also swimming pools were nasty dirty. Since ocean wasn't available for the swim, all the guest were at the pools, which by the way close after 7 pm or so. First night we went to swim and found out water was full of chemicals for the night. It was way early in the evening. There isn't much entertainment plus the pool was closing early. Swim suites were black after the pool every time.

Resort is nice and very clean. Eco friendly. Stuff is very nice. Resort is more on relaxing side. We were not impressed with food (mostly the same evey day and mediocre) and not much of entertainment like in other resorts that we stood before. Nothing to do after 11 pm. Overall is nice place if you want to relax and have some rest.

Lovely resort! Perfect place to get away. The staff was so attentive to our every need. Super clean. Great choices for breakfast, lunch, and diner. The bartenders at the pool were so friendly and made for a great time. I can’t wait to go back!!
