We stayed here in the Preferred Club. Ada was very helpful for us to find activities indoor when it was raining, and outdoors when there was a pocket of sunlight between rainy moments. Thank you for such excellent service.

Clean room, amenities sufficient, food excellent, staff extremely available and helpful. I do have a comment however about a potential safety hazard with a walkway connecting the "Preferred Bldg" to the Main bldg. There are two steps which need to be marked and lighted because if you are not looking down, you will trip. One step approaches the stairway and the other is a step that shows up after you think you have finished with all the steps.

We loved our stay at Dreams Dominicus! Our room was perfect, with a view of the ocean and very central and easy to walk everywhere. We had a suite with a pool which was maintained well each day. The beach and ocean in this area is absolutely gorgeous. The Kids Club was super well organized and such a gem for parents trying to enjoy adult activities at the resort. Unfortunately we happened to fall ill during this trip, but our concierge Carlos was amazing and helped coordinate runs to the pharmacy and even provided us with pedialyte during our stay. We would definitely recommend to others and intend to come back one day!

Amazing hotel, beautiful, clean, well maintained. Beach is beautiful. Food is very good. I love that guests get to enjoy all restaurants without having to make reservations. The only thing we had issues with was with the smoking. They don’t have smoke free zones nor designated smoke zones. It is pretty much permitted everywhere in the resort, so if you don’t smoke, have health issues, or have small children, you’ll just have to keep up with it as there are no regulations around it- people smoke next to you (and your children) at the beach, pool, night shows, etc. We just couldn’t escape it.

We had a great experience at Dreams Dominicus, the resort was clean and quiet and the beach was beautiful with absolutely NO seaweed! Staff were friendly, buffet was great, a lot of choices and had Dominican food options at every meal. The only negative was we payed for hydrotherapy package but steam room was not working and we were not informed of this beforehand. Other then that we loved the resort
