The beach is horribly rocky and murky all week, it’s not swimable. The aminities are great and it has great potential but the service is horrible. I went to three other secrets and two other Dreams in Dominican and by far this was the worst service. I had to call everyday to make sure my room was cleaned or it wouldn’t be cleaned. The Asian restaurant had the worst sushi, the entertainment was horrid except for one amazing singer Vidal. Vidal was the only entertainer that was talented and interacted with people. We were at the preferred room and the preferred service would tell us to go to the main lobby for support. The concierge did nothing except send us the information for the day and no special services like at other dreams resorts. All restaurants had long service times and the buffet for dinner had very limited options. The only great dinner was the steak house, it had the best service and best food. The bbq was not worth the time as well. I went with my 11 year old son and all teens in his age group were board, the entertainment staff did not have good music or activities to engage them, I was very fortunate for the tennis instructor Miquel … he was the best customer service, taught us how to play tennis, pickle ball, dominos and ping pong, he was nice and pleasant and was very relatable. If it wasn’t for him I think the vacation would of been a waste.

That was amazing experience to stay with you guys. The crew was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great and delicious. The all facilities were very nice and friendly. The swimming pools were gorgeous.

I am only going to talk about the food service Dreams and all of them as we stay mostly all over Punta Cana have no respect on hygiene allergies religion respect or vegetarian or even kids I will explain that briefly there is no section for vegetarian or Jews or Muslim the fact is you order a French fries which suppose to be vegetarian you will notice it has been cooked in the same oil where they cook. Pitch sausages bacon chicken nuggets or any other meats. Maybe this hotel doesn’t care but is this not health and safety issue is this not scamming all parents all vegetarian all Jews or Muslim or people that have allergies How can they not separate Meats fish pork If you guys needs money to buy more friers please shoot out What you are doing in your properties is illegal And I will put all the video and the profs I have on others social media. Simply because you never come back to me or never fixed the issue for the days we stayed there. We eats pasta poached eggs and salads nothing fried

The hotel was great. The food and drinks were amazing. The hotel is quite not too much to do. It’s a great place to relax and lay back. However, the beach is not good at all . Lots of seaweed but even if there is no seaweed, there are lots of rocks too. Overall, we had a great stay at Dreams Cap Cana.

The property was "okay" and I think decent for the price it falls within. The best thing I ate was the short rib at Toura. The pasta at Cosa Mesa buffet in the evenings was actually better than the food we tried at the Italian restaurant. The burgers at Coral Keg were clearly frozen and lack flavor. This is not a place I would go for the food and for advanced travelers, this does not hit the mark. But I think for new travelers, and those from 18-28, it is ideal. Also good for those who are traveling on a budget. Some staff were very friendly but many seemed preoccupied and did not go out of their way for fear of being bothered or misdirected from their intended mission. The alcoholic drinks were lack luster and often we went to the VIP lounge because it was the only bar that had Don Julio and/or alcohol that did not taste like it was watered down (which I do understand they want to be sure no wayward parents become intoxicated and loose their children). We went off property alot during the day, laid out one day just to catch some sun and that was relaxing.
