Service was incredible, concierge, bartenders and staff were by far the best part of the place. Ileika our concierge was amazing, bartenders outside of El Faro Guillermo and Fernando were incredible. The entire place is huge, everyday I discovered a new place I didn’t know existed. The golf carts are great and they make it easy to call for one to get around. The beach is perfect and well maintained it was never a struggle to get cabanas or chairs. Pools are well maintained and not crowded. Food was good, the buffet really is the best with so many high quality options and the restaurants have great service and are nice. Super kid friendly and perfect for adults, they have a teen club/activities for kids so I never felt disturbed by too many children by the bars etc. Overall 5 stars, we had an incredible stay and I would come back! Massages were some of the best we’ve ever had and the sauna, pools etc at the spa were pristine! Coral side is worth the extra money for how incredible the rooms, service and lack of crowd there is !

The hotel was amazing and the staff was super friendly. This was a birthday trip for my wife and everything was excellent! We enjoyed every second of our stay here. Some reviews were concerning regarding staff continuously offering a presentation for time share. This only happened once when we arrived, we were never approached again. Definitely recommend this hotel and would book here again.
