Very disappointing, the staff are rude, seems like they don’t want to be there, not seen anybody smile for 7 days that I have been there. The room was in the first floor, and it seems like the septic backs up because the room smells. Not one restaurant was available for the entire stay, were forced to eat at the buffet, which was horrible with the exception of Christmas eve. Paid for the privilege suites, but no changes from the regular rooms, also none of the benefits really apply, room service will not pick up the phone, in the rare occasions they do, you will be waiting for hours and 9/10 times nobody shows, we asked for late check out, they told me no because there is a person who has asked for the room I was in specifically lol. To make matters worse one of the days a manager of the hotel asked us to go to the “EXCLUSIVE” side and he will handle the issues, they started selling a product that I was confused what was it, in the end after 4 hours of wasting our vacation time, they wanted to sell us a membership to a travel agency for only 30,000$ lol. None of the arcades for the kids are included, but even after having to pay for them they do not work. The kids pool was very small, with one little slide. My kid got really sick after the first day in that pool, so we decided to stay only at the beach. Stay away.
