The staff seem to only go out of their way for a tip. I don’t necessarily like it when they only assist you as long as you have cash on hand to offer. On top of this, they allow vendors to visit the property to sell stuff and constantly bother you when you walk past. The vendors are only there to scam people. Upon arrival, I was excited to try out one of their many restaurants, and tried to book a reservation online, and apparently all of them were reserved during the entirety of our stay. We were forced to eat at the buffet our entire stay. Another frustrating thing is that they close the pools and the beaches very early. If you plan on waiting for the sun to not be as hot to go swimming you better just assume you won’t be able to swim at all. The people at the activities center at the beach over charge you, and make sure you don’t take photos with any animals on the beach, because they take advantage of foreigners and demand money from them. The maids only give out one bathroom towel per person, and only one device can have WiFi in your room. So my husband and I had to switch between who will use the WiFi just to use our phones in bed. It wouldn’t be an issue if there was enough cell service to reach my phone, but of course there wasn’t. I will not be going back.
