The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest.
