The rooms need maintenance, the building also need maintenance, the room we were staying in had a roof leak. had to relocate to another room. The whole resort needs to be upgraded. The staff and everybody in the resort was really great, they seem to go above and behind their job, that is what made the vacation.Our butler , Saul was the best. Even on his day off he was busy planning our day. He made the differance.

Room had nice view of pools and ocean. Pools were clean and grounds were very tropical and clean. The ocean was clear, clean soft sand beach, plenty of lounge chairs. Loved selection of restaurants and buffet always had good choices. Really enjoyed the nice staff and activities were plentiful for all age groups from kids to teens to adults. Had a lot of fun and enjoyed entertainment too. Room was average but clean. Would enjoy going again!

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones como las áreas comunes han sido remodelandas. La comida es buena aunque el primer día que llegamos fue domingo y habían muchas personas que estaban ahí por day pass y la comida que les sirvieron era bastante mala, luego la cena cambio mucho tanto en variedad como en sabor y ya al día siguiente era una comida muy diferente. Por eso debes tener esto en cuenta si vas un fin de semana puede que te toque está situación. El resort es entretenido tanto en el día como en las noches música en vivo durante toda mi instancia. El servicio es bueno. Lo único que no me gustó fue lo que comenté anteriormente, porque creo que es una discriminación a los Dominicanos que van de manera local y les sirven una comida que es la primera vez que veo una comida de tan mala calidad en un resort, he visitado muchos resoles más caros y más baratos que este y es la primera vez que me veo está situación

Very beautiful resort, room was very clean and comfortable. I like that there was a coffee shop opened 24 hours.

The biggest issue that made upset me was that I deliberately bought the VIP package so my kids can play at the lollipop arcade with a timed (1 hour) unlimited playtime. The staff said there was a disagreement between the hotel and the arcade and told us "to come back tomorrow" two days in a row. By the end of it, we ran out of time and never got to use the lollipop arcade. Everything else was good. (Food, Service, etc) They have a very nice ocean view on the beach. There was a small leak in bathroom sink that got on all the towels. Little things happen, but they fixed it right away - so no issue there.

When I was checking in, I requested the upgrade and they told me that I have to pay like 50 per person daily which is a crazy amount when I had thought that I was a VIP client! They talked me that Expedia didn’t communicate to them that I was VIP, clean room Now the hotel room itself it is a disappointment I am very dissatisfied with the room because I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that a bathroom is so small anytime I’m in the toilet I’m scared of getting hit by someone coming in and opening the door. The view was excellent, I want to say they promoted that there’s a 24 hour cafe with ice cream and there’s no ice cream. when we were leaving yesterday I believe they were bringing ice cream to the cafe.

El hotel es bonito , grande con áreas verdes , camas cómodas , el baño limpio . Hay actividades para diversión . Yo participé en una fiesta blanca y otra que fue a la entrada del resort . Pero la música solo es dedicada para la comunidad argentina , que parece es el fuerte de los turistas en el resort , se le pidió varias veces al dj que ponga otro tipo de música para así ser más diverso , pero no tienen variedad . La comida es más o menos , nada que impresione . El staff atento .

El Hotel es 3 estrellas sin ofender. La comida es horrible,mala calidad y los menus bien pobres.Los pasillos sucios y llenos de moscas y abejas muertas,la piscina nunca la vi limpia como debe ser,abejas que te volaban hasta en la cabeza en el bar de la piscina. La gente si muy burba atención, como todo dominicano.No regresaria aqui mas.

At the most amazing vacation and wonderful time enjoying every moment, our room was perfect. Had a wonderful service. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend. but have been calling the hotel for a reimbursement of $321 that was prepaid before my arrival and have not received that payment.😕
