Liked general layout, multiple resort areas each with different dining, bars, pools, etc. Clean and safe. Evening restaurant options were very good. Staff was mostly fine, some were really good and friendly, a couple were uninterested. Disliked, density of people lounge chairs, etc on the beach was very high. Buffet for breakfast and lunch were so-so, being approached regularly by someone asking if I am interested in the spa or their privileged membership program was tiring.

The stay wasn’t too bad. The main concern that I had was how bad the mosquitoes were. My husband and I had to go inside before nightfall because of how bad the mosquitoes were. I guess that’s why the pool closed each day at 6 p.m. Staff was very professional. Room was clean but smelled like mildew which made me kindve sick to my stomach. Other than that the resort is well kept and very clean.

Staff was excellent, friendly worked hard. Buildings need some up keep, but they were always doing something. Need better painters, they were sloppy. The grounds were beautiful and kept us nice. A la carte restaurants were great, dissappointed in buffets

Great resort with many dining options and super delicious food. Swim up suite was amazing as I could swim there right away and 9/10 didn’t see anyone around swimming with me as everyone has their own activities going on. One thing about the room is that it seems to be one of the old school ones, don’t expect high tech or the door to a balcony which won’t have issues opening. Be aware that there are mosquitoes in there, and every time you open the door - couple might slide in and accompany you throughout the night, take the bugs off spray just in case. Also, the AC in the room was beyond freezing, I called the staff to make the temperature higher, it worked only the next day, the solution was to press and hold the turn off/on button and shut if off completely, the temperature was fine and I was days without it being turn on to be honest. The souvenir shop will try to rip you off, bring up your best bargaining abilities, don’t worry, you still will be overpaying lol Also, note, is you managed to grab a can from the airport to the hotel for $25 like I did, there will be no such option on the way back and they don’t allow Uber or any other taxi services except theirs which will cost you $40, it’s a set price. In general - loved it, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the Caribbeans, take $40-$50 singles, five dollar bills etc for tipping, the staff if very friendly and useful, don’t be greedy, sharing is caring!

The resort has some great aspects, but also major drawbacks. Pros:     •    The room was fantastic—huge, newly renovated, stylish furniture, and great AC.     •    The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear green-blue water, easily the highlight.     •    We had access to other resorts and restaurants, adding variety, while they couldn’t access ours, making it feel more exclusive. Cons:     •    The food was disappointing—abundant but poor quality. The resort relies too much on buffets, with a la carte only available for dinner.     •    The staff was lazy and often rude. Service was slow, and no one took drink orders at the beach.     •    The resort was overcrowded, and the beach chairs were packed way too close together, making it hard to relax.     •    The constant harassment from vendors (spa, timeshare, etc.) was frustrating, even on hotel property. While the beach and rooms were excellent, the bad service, overcrowding, and mediocre food made the experience underwhelming. If you want a beautiful beach and don’t mind poor service, it might still be worth it, but I wouldn’t return.

Staff is incredible! Everyone is so kind and attentive. Facilities could use a bit of work, coffee maker and mini fridge did not work. However they were fixed/ replaced within an hour.

Excellent beach, great facilities with good dining options. My only complaint was the solicitors on the beach. They gave up easily when we said no thank you but there were so many and constant. I wanted to put a sign up that said no thank you! Great all inclusive vacation!
