Staff was accommodating and the stay was very nice considering our request for king swim up wasn’t available and we’re stuck in a room with double beds with the worst smell of mildew and humidity. Air conditioning was out for a few nights due to some repair going on. I will say our stay in 3/2024 was what made us return and had this stay been our first experience chances are I may not return.

I have never done a review, but I wanted to do one on this vacation we took! My husband and I just got back a couple days ago from this resort. We had a blast! It was hot when we got down there 87 feels like 100! Our shuttle dropped us off at aquamarine from there, they take you by golf cart to Ambar! We got there and they said that they didn’t have our room ready. I was thinking that we would wait a little bit. No it was more like. We can up grade you to a swim out or down grade you regular room and romantic dinner. We took the down grade and wanted to stay in the same building. We got to our room and it was nice. The hallways are outside, going into your room feels good with the air. You do get a butler in each building that sits on the main floor that will help you with whatever you need. The sec day we went down like told a switched room to a corner room and it was beautiful. The only complaint that I had was, the ceiling in the bathroom fell down leaving a whole. looked like they had patched it 5x still not working. There was water leaking out of the wall by the shower puddled on the floor, the curtains to look outside came down a little bit. The biggest thing of all was the air went out and it was 75 and sticky in our room. They have an app that you can download that has all the restaurants you want to eat at. You can book them on the 7-9 was mostly taken every night so make sure that you look at that right way. Bring cups, there cups at the bar are juice glasses!

Our stay was truly delightful. The staff went above and beyond with their courtesy, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entertainment exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

Great atmosphere. Very relaxing. Quiet. Party music nightly near the pool bar. We loved our “private” pool access steps outside of our room. What fun! Peaceful. We didn’t go to the public pool the entire five night trip. Warning: Do not fall for the club member trap…it will occupy your entire morning with them trying to get you to buy into their club membership to visit their other resort locations. $$$ Timeshare warning. BEWARE

Air conditioning in the room did NOT worked!!! Called 10 times! Promised to send a technician nobody ever came . Complained. Nobody reacted . Still nobody came ever!! Very disappointed ! Stayed many times the service was much better before!!! Very upset.

We loved our stay despite a few things. The first morning on our way to breakfast we were somehow loaded on a gold cart and forced to eat breakfast at a different resort with a staff member followed by a 1 hour time share speech. We received an $80 spa credit afterwards but did not appreciate how we felt forced and tricked into doing this. The beach was beautiful and well kept but there was way too many sales people. At most times it seemed someone came up to us every 3 minutes, all day everyday. The AC in our room did not seem to work and we only had scalding hot water in the shower. This was never fixed despite asking at least 4 times. Despite these things the resort is beautiful and the majority of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. We did not care for the buffet food but enjoyed our meals at MEAT and portofino the most. The is plenty of entertainment at the pool and in the evening and the entertainment staff were awesome. We had an awesome time at the foam party in the main pool! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The resort does not have elevators so if you’re on the third floor you have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to your room. With your suitcases. Our room refrigerator was broken and we had to ask twice to get it fixed. Our room tv remote was broken and had to call to get a new remote. The sink drain stopper came completely out and the sink barely drained. There were roaches in the room. The AC broke in the dining hall for 2 days and our room for 2 days, while it was 100 degrees outside. The food at the restaurants was not good. MEAT steakhouse was horrible. Hibachi wasn’t actually hibachi and food was subpar, waited 30 minutes past our reservation time. Room door did not latch closed unless slammed hard
