This Resort was outstanding, went for my birthday July 17-25 and had a ball. Meet some great people and partied at the pool everyday from 9 am until it closed. The Pool staff was outstanding, the events were outstanding and the drinks were great. We even partied in the rain during one of the night events. I WILL return again soon. Nos quedamos en bahía príncipe ámbar solo adultos y no tenían casi transporte para movilizarnos dentro del hotel, el staff no es amable, como saben que ya todo está pago tratan a las personas muy mal no tienen buen servicio al cliente, no tienen animación y es muy callado el hotel, debería ser al contrario ya que solo son adultos, la verdad muy mal hotel si tú estás buscando algo más alegre y con ambiente, pero si solo quieres ir a comer y a dormir a un all inclusive este es el hotel adecuado porque es súper aburrido

I was solicitated sex and drugs everyday i went down tobthe beach i couldn't get a single moment of relaxation in without being hounded by someone trying to sell me something. I was even groped by a random lady on the beach trying to sell me sex. I never once felt safe and ti date this was by far the worst trip i have ever taken. I do not recommend what so ever!!!

I absolutely love your property. Only. Complant was that i found a worm on my churro as we were. Eating breakfast before leaving this morning. We told the waiter, and they laughed and did nothiinng. Pictures were taken.

Room for Improvement: A Mixed Stay Our accommodations were commendable: modern, spacious, and equipped with comfortable, sizable beds and bathtubs. Unfortunately, this was the highlight of our stay. Upon check-in, we received no information about on-site dining or the requirement to make reservations via the dedicated app. This led to frustration, as we often found restaurants reported as unavailable, even when numerous empty tables were visible. The pool area was consistently plagued by very loud music throughout the day, forcing us to seek relaxation at the beach. While we understand seaweed is natural and the hotel attempted to clear it, the beach was covered in unsightly and smelly seaweed, detracting significantly from the experience. Dining was generally average. Our favorite was the Italian restaurant, Porcino's, but the Steak and Greek options were mediocre at best. We also experienced limited beach drink service, often having to fetch our own beverages. To make matters worse, I suffered a 24-hour bout of food poisoning during the stay. Overall, this resort is best suited for those seeking a lively, party-centric atmosphere with foam parties, loud pool vibes, and a crowd eager to drink from dawn till dusk. However, if you're looking for a relaxed, premium vacation, you should definitely look elsewhere.

The employees were the best part of my stay. Everyone was so friendly and full of energy. The food was really good. There are so many options for dining. The resort is huge and having the golf carts were helpful. I would return!

The restaurants were very nice, the room was magnificent, the rainfall shower head should have been replaced in room 67201, the flambe bananas were the best dessert at the entire resort. We want to mention some of the most special people we encountered there Aracelis who works at Las Brisas Vanessa, waitress at Tequila restaurant Miguel one of the servers at La Palmyra Thali restaurant - had amazing service overall Ysael - working at guest experience went above and beyond to help

It was to much property for me. To many resorts. The stage was okay but the transportation around the resorts was horrible. The cleaning staff would come daily, but wouldn’t really clean anything. Just took the old towels and added new. I would do certain things to verify if they were cleaning and I was right they weren’t. Room service options are very low, but the food was pretty good.
