The only reason why I did not give an excellent review overall was because the shower drain in our room kept getting clogged every time we showered, even though we notified the personnel on the first day, it was never fixed, but other than that, loved absolutely everything about this resort, including the amazing price!

Good Resort but not great. Only one outlet in my room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly at check in. Restaurant choices are limited and subpar. Staff was magnificent and extremely helpful. Would not go again.

I have stayed at Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana in 2024, it was decent. We decided to stay there again because my child loves the kids club there. Unfortunaly we had to move to Fantasia next door since the 2nd room we were moved to was infested with mosquitoes. They had no other room to offer that night so I had to pay out of my pocket to move to a room that was livable.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm they ended up giving me my room card almost at 5:00pm. Room was dirty, didn't have soap, body wash etc.. dining was limited. And we're harassed by the staff offering services

Horrible food .. restaurants are all the same. Drinks the alcohol is definitely watered down. I usually can’t have 5 sips of any drink I feel it in my body( not a drinker) .: downed 5 mojitos and had no effect on me whatsoever. Staff is slow and doesn’t acknowledge you at all. Food was the same everyday .

The staff is very slow, the guest service offer things and later they dont honor the word and the service was offered to the guest . I am very disappointed. The first time I was stayed at Bahia Principe was in 2020 I had a great time with my wife but now I went with my wife and 4 kids was terrible, I never come back .

I really enjoyed this resort. The food was delicious. My room was great . It was renovated with the partial ocean view. During my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In the check in- Valentina and William went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The downside is the resort is very big with a lot of guests, but it didn’t bother me that much. Beautiful beach, delicious food, a variety of pools, good entertainments, affordable price- they have it all.

Great stuff working there , place is overbooked over Easter way too many people , impossible to get any reservation in restaurants a la carte Long lines everywhere including bars People get up at 6 am to go reserve beach chairs and not coming there for hours , that something for management to think about it and it should not be allowed , otherwise good food in buffet and again great workers they really trying to give you best service

The facilities were nice. The staff was great, but there were too many vendors at the beach. The beach was small for the number of people staying at the hotel. During my stay, my family was not able to use beach chairs because they were all occupied. Even getting a towel was an issue. The towel kiosk ran out of towels on two occasions. Taking the golf cart to the room was annoying. The food was like cafeteria food and of low quality.

All the staff was amazing and helped us with any concern we had. The room was great and drinks/food were tasty. Only wish we had the option to attend at least one more restaurant to reserve during our stay because the buffet became tiring after a while. Highly recommend staying here though!

Didn't like the room very dim the outlets in the room were not safe, smoke was coming out of one of the outlets mosquitos in the room television the volume didn't work it was very low. the buffet room where you eat there was no Air condition had a musty order, the hostesses at the door weren't very welcoming .the best part of my enjoyment was the music entertainment.

We love the entertainment staffs. The hotel is pretty big. If you love walking this is the right place. However they still have train stops at most of the village that will bringing you to your destination

Great entertainment team and shows. My son loved the kids club and all of the activities they had planned. Many food options (make sure to make reservations once you can check in 10 days prior to trip). Friendly staff. Food was average in the buffet. All in all was a great Spring Break for myself and the kiddos.
