I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property is huge, extremely clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff was always smiling, welcoming, and greeting us with a friendly “hola,” which really made the experience feel warm and inviting. There was a great variety of food and many different places to eat, making it very convenient and enjoyable to try something new each day. The only downside was that some of the food at the buffet was cold at times. Since the food can sit out for a few hours, I would suggest better warming options to keep everything at the proper temperature. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I truly loved my stay and would absolutely go back again.

Room was clean. Food was excellent. Much better than I expected for an all inclusive. Staff around the site where all very friendly, fun, and accommodating. Bars and drinks where great all around. The only complaint we had was the cleaning staff were very loud first thing in the morning (7am) every morning, which made it hard to sleep past 7. Overall would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a nice beach or poolside vacation.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Entertainment/pool/beach were great. This resort is part of 5 other resorts which you can also go to depending on which hotel you stay at (Ambar & Aquamarine can enjoy other resort amenities) and it is huge and there was so many options. It’s easy to get lost in but there’s transportation within the resort to bring you back and forth through property. Food was not bad, make sure to make restaurant reservations a day before you arrive for the week because they fill up pretty quickly but you can still eat at the Buffett breakfast lunch and dinner if you wish. I will definitely be returning!

The check in was bad. We did not get 2 doubles beds the first night, the the next day l, they wanted to leave us in the same room for another night. I had to explain in details so I could get priority in getting another room. Issue was fixed, entertainment staff were perfect and dining was amazing. Everyone was great except the front desk.
