Nice place to stay
Great hotel with very friendly staff. Good location in the city and excellent restaurant. Only complaint is that although they offer what looks to be a nice breakfast there is no ability to get anything reasonable to take away if you have an early morning excursion. All said, it is a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I go back to Punta Arenas

Fantastically friendly staff
Cute and quirky hotel that is well located in Punta Arenas. We had a room with a balcony that looked out to the strait. The well regarded on-site restaurant served great food with breakfast being ordered the night prior. What makes this hotel really stand out is the outstanding, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their English is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble, helping arrange transfers to and from the airport and giving us ideas on what to do in the time outside of our tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Creatively and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant and service were truly exceptional. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
