Stayed for a week at this property. The staff was really helpful with the late check-in considering my flight got delayed for more than 3hrs towards the start of my journey. Room was decently clean, however the turnover service could do better with changing the sheets rather than just re-arrange them. Unfortunately, my stay was not great because the air conditioning was not working properly. When I entered the room, it was extremely hot and the AC was not cooling at all. I complained to the staff, and a technician did come and said everything should be fine, but the issue was never resolved. Since it was already around 2 AM, I didn’t have much choice but to stop pursuing it and try to sleep, which was quite uncomfortable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
