Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Some of the staff memebers were excellent but some were horrible. I had booked their pemium suite for my family, the electic plate covers was missing with a chance of someone accidently electricuting themself, and the bathroom window the glass was broken and you could see inside from the outside and there were cigarette buds around the room even after i ask them twice to clean it. When i spoke to their helper ( not the manager) he told me why not hang a towel on the broken window . The night manager was really good he tired to atleast get the rooms clean. I asked for some plates and spoons the helper working (onces with uniforms) got me platic used spoons with oil stains on it. Like why even get it. Would i recommend this place to anyone, uhhh never unless they work on training the rest of the staff and make some improvemrnts on their property. Again to mention some of their staff were excellent!
