You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $250 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including beach chairs and umbrellas, are available in the unit.
