Room was small and had a moldy _ musty smell during our complete stay Came down for breakfast and many of the breakfast foods were not available Staff standing around area but seemed not putting much interest in restocking empty food items We can down for breakfast after a hour of being open for service Our first stay here last year was a better experience all around Even had a better mattress on our bed last year Will check out a different hotel in PV in March

It was clean and comfortable but the elevator did not work and we had heavy luggage (although Someone did help! thankfully) I was told check out was at 12:00 and people started knocking on our door since 10:30 and it was few times even tho I told them I was gonna be out before that time 😔 besides that we had a nice stay

Clean room, terrible flat pillows, asked for another, no they said they didn’t have any more. Bare bones room, no face cloths, one towel each which is ok as we were there one night. Breakfast ok. Convenient as we walked from airport to hotel, 10 minutes hauling suitcases. The check in efficient and friendly.

Room was not locked when we got to it…and we discovered there were no towels. Suspect cleaning staff had propped the door open, intending to come back with towels, and never made it. It took over 3 hours, and three trips to the front desk, before we managed to get towels. Mistakes happen, it is how you fix them that counts, and what should have been a quick fix, with an apology, took too long, and there was no apology. When towels did arrive there were just two bath towels…no hand towels and no floor mat. Not good enough,

My flight was delayed by six hours. So, after checking my baggage at PVR airport I walked seven minutes to this hotel and checked into a very affordable, clean, quiet room and had a four hour nap. Was well worth it. The check in guy was very friendly and helpful at midnight. This place is great for a short term test when going in and out of PVR airport.
