It was over booked, there were people everywhere super noisy, and dirty. They were screaming all day with recreation for kids. The pool floor is coming off and broken everywhere, the facilities are not well taken care of, and the pictures in Expedia are not accurate at all. When I got there I tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let me cancel and had to stay. We had to call to ask them to clean our room, the area around the pool was disgusting always dirty and the place is literally falling apart. They don’t clean near the beach so you could literally find kids diapers on the sand. They were 3 people that had exceptional costumer service, the only positive about the hotel. Cassandra in the coffee section, Sergio in the beach and Alfredo in the restaurant. They deserve a raise because of their amazing work and service. Avoid this hotel if you want a relaxing stay. It’s crowded with screaming kids, probably more kids than adults.

My partner and I just spent 6 days at this resort. It was beautiful!!! We walked in to the lobby, and gasped at the immediate ocean view. The staff were extremely friendly, and the buffet server we had (we had the same one everyday.. Alfredo) remembered our drink orders and the table we loved to sit at. There was amazing entertainment most nights, a beautiful swim up bar, and great Pina Coladas. Our only complaint was, the Italian restaurant gave my partner food poisoning, and room service never answered the phone. We had to go down to the lobby to order for after hours. The hotel dr came to our room promptly after the food poisoning, and we very helpful with her sickness. We will definitely be back, and with our kids next time. It looked like they had a lot of activities for kids.

We travelled as a group of 8 on our first big family trip ever. We had a great time, and cannot speak more highly of the dedicated staff who work here. Even when all the lights go down they are out there busting their butts to make everything nice for the next day. The views are spectacular - our rooms were on the economy side of things and were still incredible. The rooms were HUGE, well appointed. The food was really good - lots of authentic mexican options and safe foods as well for those who don't want to be too adventurous, and amazingly the drinks were fantastic - they really mean business with their all inclusive. The entertainment was top notch, and there was always live music and shows happening - never a dull moment, the resort is it's own experience even if you never go off property at all! Notes for those planning to come - the resort does not have a shuttle, so be prepared to arrange your rides between the airport and resort and around. We were travelling with a wheelchair parent and kids so we hired an airport transfer service for there and back (very luxurious and not horribly priced) and used Uber to get around otherwise. The live performances are quite loud, we were not bothered but noteworthy (rooms are soundproofed). Would have liked some indoor play options for kids that are more accessible - I was mesmerized by the kids club area when I booked, but it can only be used if you child is dropped for kids club 10-12:45. Need reusable bottles for each.

Roof top patio was very nice, beautiful beach. Food was mediocre, liked how we didn’t have to make reservations for dinner. Great bar staff, didn’t even have to ask for another drink they just brought them.
