All the areas were clean, the staffs were very friendly, excellent service. The food was good, the staffs at the buffet were very attentive, the service at the pool bar was excellent, pool very clean. The only thing I think that need to be upgraded are the bathrooms in the rooms. I hope that the resort will maintains like that

One thing needed is a walk between the two housing units so you don't have to walk on the street or parking lot. TV channels were not able to be viewed. Refrigerator needed updated and took too long to get cold.

The overall stay at this property was wonderful. The attention from staff is incredible. Senaida was the best. Food, drinks, cleanliness, is excellent. The only small complaint is that the rooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded. I highly recommend staying at this resort.

The property was worth the low price considering we only stayed 2 nights and did not spend that much time at the resort. The rooms are outdated and do not include some basic amenities such as lotion, iron, The food options were fine for our needs but are limited. Our favorite part of the resort was the pool it was very spacious and clean.

They offered to decorate my room for my anniversary, but what they put on was a white stripe on the door. There weren't the fruits, liquor bottles, or bed decorations they'd offered. Then, the hotel staff were very aggressive even when it came to serving me a drink. I don't recommend this place.

The location was beautiful. I really loved the layout, food and entertainment. However, I was disappointed with the room. Everything in the rooms are outdated. The bathroom could definitely use a renovation. The sliding door for my balcony kept jamming due to the bent door. The refrigerator was so loud that I couldn’t sleep and the door on it was rusted. The food was good and the staff was friendly.

The entertainment staff was the highlight of our trip. The bartenders were awesome. Sarah at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. There needs to be more music playing throughout the day, I feel like it was too relaxing at some points. We were disappointed at the beach, the snack food options were dissatisfying, we expected more authentic Dominican foods. However Raul at the buffet gave us exceptional service and we were happy to see authentic foods there. Despite some disappointments, we would be returning to Gran Ventana because the staff was exceptional.

Loved the beach bar

The hotel is clean and my room was big with a comfortable bed. Toiletries and beverages were provided. I needed to rest, so I liked that it's small and everything was close to my room. I loved the balcony and could see the pool, the buffet, the bar and the theater from it. The highlight was the beach bar. I was able to relax while enjoying the amazing view and the nice breeze with a drink. I will return just because of that experience. Staff was very nice and friendly. The one thing that disappointed me was the food. The variety was ok, but they should do better with the quality.

The staff was great. The rooms had mosquitoes, and yes it's DR but I've never dealt with that many at a resort before. Wi-Fi was also an issue, not very reliable. The rooms were okay but in need of a deep clean. Any issues I encountered though, the staff immediately addressed and tried to correct.

La propiedad es limpia, tranquila y las comidas es buena y variada. El staff es excelente con la excepción de Anthony que trabaja en el front desk haciendo el check-in. Esta persona trabaja muy lento y tiene una actitud de poca cooperación con los clientes. Por lo demás, el hotel es excelente y yo lo recomiendo.
