Didn’t expect not being able to drink the water everything was bottled water. Never had a hot shower, not even warm. Beds were very hard and bugs. I think if you’re a member things are nicer. It’s a pretty resort.

The property need some refresh specially the room’s bathtub are in poor condition service in general is good food was better than expected beverage selection in the bars area are all local choices. Bartenders they do need more training on beverages production One thing it really bothers us was the constant pressure of the I guess public relations people to collect according to them presents with the intention to get you to buy I guess a membership or time share

The rooms are super outdated and need remodeling asap. The food at the buffet was not very good. The resort is also very small. Would not recommend for a stay for more then one day

Disappointed! Hotel in desperate need of repairs.

First-time visit to an “All Inclusive Resort” in the Dominican Republic. Paid for 5 nights through Hotels.com. - Disappointed with the service and quality for the price. The resort needs significant repairs and maintenance. Negative experiences: - - “Beachfront View” room (Room 4101) was barely visible. - - Moldy bathroom with a broken handle, missing hot water, and a leaking toilet. - - Invisible mosquito infestation with numerous red spots on my body. - - Lack of dance floors, forcing me to visit an exterior nightclub and bar. - - The Michael Jackson show was entertaining but a bit boring (many people left mid-show, but the magic show was better. - - Ambiguous explanations for the “All Inclusive” concept, with staff unable to provide clear information about upgrades or included amenities. Positive aspects: - - Large, clean pool with a bar. - - Clean beach. - - Quiet atmosphere. - - Friendly staff, including security and buffet team. - - Daily variety of delicious food. - - Freely roaming peacocks. Overall, it’s a suitable place for a family vacation, but don’t expect much beyond a basic pool and food. Be cautious about the pricing for an “OKAY” all-inclusive resort. For me is listed on a one time experience but not to be back.

Upon arriving at the facility we were greeted by a very friendly young lady. After the first inconvience with our room. (Dirty bathroom, balcony not closing, the front door didn’t lock.) Gianfranco tended to us and refuse to allow us to speak with a manager and wasn’t able to help us in any way. We then spoke to someone else who was extremely accommodating. After the young lady exchanged our room it was more or less a good experience.

Overall it was an okay experience. One of the biggest downside is the whole Wifi situation that people had to pay for. And some of the people that payed was still having a hard time using the WIFI because it was down. That one spot they say the wifi was free 24/7 when you areived there they didnt give you access to use it. They need to be more communicative when people areived at the properties ( like explainin to them about what goes on in the resort daily, if they have shows where the shiws take place at or what time is the shows. The food was pretty good overall.

This was my 6th time staying here, so needless to say I like it here. This time though, the room given was a little older. The phone in my room didn’t work my whole stay. The shower was old and the spout was clogged, so water was spraying everywhere. I tried to get a different room, but was told that nothing was available.
