We didn’t even check out the other 3 restaurants on site(you need to make reservations). the buffet offered so any different options and the food was delicious (steaks/chicken/fish) all kinds of salads. They had a snack bar as well that offered a great selection of foods for lunch/snack. There was always a restaurant open so you can grab food. Many coffee machines available throughout the resort Entertainment- AMAZING AS WELL. they had an activity calendar and it was from 8am-6pm filled with fun activities(adults or kids). The kids club was great for the kids (Barbie and Julianna were so lovely). You had the option to leave your child with the staff depending on age (4 ) and they had activities planned throughout the resort for them. The beach was very clean although if the water is not calm you cannot swim for safety purposes. Pools were okay Overall it was a great vacation.

Place is sorely in need of a refresh. Everything just looks old. Paint peeling and chipping. Place would randomly lose power, sometimes 3 times in one hour. Food options are limited but the hibachi restaurant was very good. Pools were gross. First night we had a notice slipped under our door that at 10AM the following morning our room would be bug bombed. A roach still popped out of the closet two days later. Staff were good. The day care and its staff are *fantastic*. Add in the fact this place is over an hour away from Cibao International Airport and I don’t see ourselves going back.

Despite their limitations with English, staff were very courteous and professional. Henry Ventura, our concierge made sure we were satisfied with everything, and if we weren’t, he fixed it. Pedro, the chef was accommodating and excellent. Santo/waiter, always courteous & kind. Junior at the taxi stand - always very helpful. I missed our housekeeper but she also was excellent!! We will be back with family!

Overall this place was nice. The first few days for us started well. But then we had the Japanese restaurant. Now idk if this was just pure bad luck, but me and my wife got food poisoning. But other then that it was enjoyable. The beach was nice even though the beach was a little dirty as well as the pool. Would I come back here? Closer too no. But still a very enjoyable experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The day and night entertainment, along with social gatherings, made for a fun and lively atmosphere. There’s a wide variety of food and drinks available almost 24/7, catering to different tastes. While the rooms could use some renovation, the overall experience is fantastic. The beautiful beach and accessible pool add to the charm, making it a great relaxing place. Overall, it’s definitely worth it!

Had a good 7 days here. Food was great, something for everyone all the time. Did the Japanese twice. Italian not worth your time. Drinks were always on point. Bar service at the main bar needs more staff, or to open a 2nd one. Long lines for drinks. Rooms clean, beds comfy. Grounds were immaculate except the pool. Maybe the filter needs to be repaired? By mid day we had to wade through dirt and scum to find a “clean” spot. Some algae build up on the walls and our floats were all green by the end. This will be the reason, I would not stay again.
