There wasn't any hot water to shower. The fabric material that bed head was made of, was dirty. The hotel does parking, you have to park on the street. The receptionist didn't provide any instructions on wifi, maybe there wasn't any. This hotel is located in the downtown area of puerto plata which very noisy through out the night with motorcycles driving by through out the night.
