Hotel facilities in the exterior is very nice. However, the rooms are very old. Specially the bathroom. The bathtub was very old and there was no pressure to take a shower. Nonetheless, the two pools are very nice and the beach is absolutely beautiful.

The hotel is most definitely not a 4 stars, it could make it to 3, no more. The facilities are outdated, the hotel feels run down, the room was old and when I arrived, I went to use the bathroom and there was no water in the sink or the shower, the mini fridge was not on, I had to go to reception to complain, and then they fixed the issue. The pool area is nice, the beach is nice, the the villas look and feel old, the staff is attentive and friendly. Overall is a budget accommodation, not a 4 stars, there was only one dining option, no premium bedding, in fact, the very thin and worn out bed cover had a patch, I think it was bought decades ago :(

the resort was cute but there isn’t really much night life. pools close so early in the day, and there weren’t many activities for the younger crowd (age 20’s). there were many issues with my room but it was a cute room. i had a hot and cold experience here. i enjoyed it but wouldn’t book at this resort again.

The property is beautifully kept, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff go above and beyond, theyre truly amazing. Snack bar by the beach is a nice convinent touch. All the bartenders are exceptional at ensuring to serve you quickly. Very friendly atmosphere and i personally will return to bluebay villas. Do recommend bringing beach towels, only one supplied in room and no where to exchange it or get a second if there is more then one guest in the room.
