Exceptional unit that places you front and center at Rocky Point premier new resort, Encantame Towers. Two private suite-style bedrooms accompany an elegant and comfortable living area, perfect for those looking for an ocean-front getaway, be it long or short term. The Resort is on Play Encanto, renowned for its natural beauty, and is located just minutes outside of Puerto Penasco, Mexico. As a part of the first tower completed in this ongoing project, this condo enjoys access to the pristine, uncrowded beach, large swimming pools, an on-site restaurant, swim-up bar, and a coffee shop.

Living room

Two walls face towards the sea, each with sliding glass that brings in an incomparable view. The main panels open extra wide, really making the patio a part of the living space. A comfortable seating area has a wall-mounted TV. Useful details include a utility room with a washer and dryer just off of the living room in the hall.

The kitchen is in the main living space as well, bounded by a Long Island with a built-in sink, dishwasher, and bar stool seating. Stainless steel appliances predominate, and sleek countertops and cabinets have a contemporary look.

Both suites maintain utmost privacy, each with an individual sliding door that accesses the patio. There are ample walk-in closets in both, along with bathrooms that feature marbled vanities and showers. Both beds are King size for your comfort.
