****PENTHOUSE**** This beautiful unit is only one of two 1-bedroom penthouse suites located in the newest and most luxurious resort in Puerto Peñasco, the Sonoran Sky. This gorgeous unit has a 10-foot ceiling dome with a small skylight. Both the living room and kitchen have patio views of the lovely Sea of Cortez. This one-bedroom suite has everything. The bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat screen SMART television, and DVD player. There is matching rustic furniture including headboard, six drawer dresser, and nightstand.

The living room has a lovely dark leather sofa which also folds out into a queen-size sleeper bed. The sofa has an upgraded memory foam mattress then can easily sleep, two children. Behind the sofa is a large wood framed mirror and across is an entertainment center with a 55" Smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, surround sound system, and a private hi speed internet connection. All of this leads to a patio which offers the wonderful sounds and colors of the Sea of Cortez. Depending on the time of year sunset views are included free of charge. Nighttime brings amazing views of the city lights of Rocky Point. The patio contains a cushioned chaise lounge and a table that seats 4, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon margaritas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a matching backsplash. The kitchen has a coffee maker, a Keurig, blender, spice rack and even a chilled water cooler. The breakfast bar easily seats 4 and there is a small kitchen table that seats two.

As you make your way down to the ocean enjoy one of the three pools right on the beach including a heated pool. There is also a small water slide and three Jacuzzis, one for just adults. While there don't forget to ask the bartenders at the swim-up pool bar for your favorite beverage or have them create something special just for you. You might even be lucky and catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two. Don't forget to enjoy dinner at the onsite sports bar...The Cantina or fine dining at Cielito Lindo.

This is truly a little piece of heaven on the 15th floor. This is the perfect suite for a couple and will easily accommodate 2 adults and two children.
NOTE: To BBQ there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
