Sunset Studio Room #2 is one of the two studios available for reservations, located on Rocky Point's main boulevard Benito Juarez. This studio is comfortable and inviting. It is walking distance to/from Calle 13 and approximately 5 minutes from the beach and Malecon (fish market). In this studio room, you will find a queen bed and a futon. This room can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You will also find a kitchinette with appliances such as a microwave, small refrigirator, coffee brewer, sink, and cabinets. Clean place good price near calle 13 and fish market. It was never said that there would be no hot water to shower, makes it tuff when you cant shower for 4 days with expecting it. Should be disclosed on site.

Our stay was great, Roon was very nice and clean and Security was Good..The only thing is parking, not sure if you had one if you got back late cause of the taco place next door. Other than that I would stay there again. JD.
