Everything was exactly as pictured. We did have technical difficulties the first day and were locked out of the condo for several hours until someone from Casago could go & let us in. We had a nice stay after but just as previously said at another review. The maid service is just 2 days of a person coming and giving you toiletries. No cleaning of any sort. So I say proceed with that in mind.

Not what we expected

As a family that stays in Las Palomas annually for over 15 years this stay was not what we were used to. While the check-in process was smooth and easy the room service was horrible. Typically someone comes in takes the trash, washes the dishes and turns down the beds and brings fresh towels. This was not the case, we were told 2 days in that we were responsible they only come to take out the trash and never came back to do that or leave trash bags to do this our selves. There weren't enough towels for the entire family and we had to wash daily to keep up. We will never rent from a Casago property again. Please steer clear if you can.

Amazing place!

Great location amazing condo. So beautiful has everything and more you would need! My only recommendation is know your have to check in at casago and not at the resort. Other than that everything was incredible. This spot it amazing we will definitely be back!
