Cabrillo 106 is one of the few ground floor condos located in the newest phase (2) of Las Palomas.

Cabrillo 106 features the largest layout for a 2 bedroom in the whole resort.it also features a bunk room with a full bed (lower) and twin bed (top). No need to use the available sofa sleeper in the living room.

In addition to this condo, we also own premium ground floor condos near by, the Cabrillo 102, Cabrillo 103, Cabrillo 104, Cortez 102, Coronado 102 and Coronado 105, call us for details ! All of them ground floors !

Cabrillo 106 is an elevated ground floor, only a few stairs from the action. It provides safety, security, privacy all with great views of the pool area and the ocean.... including amazing sunsets!

Cabrillo 106 offers 2 bedrooms, each with King size beds and direct access to a full bathroom. Master bathroom features a bath tub and a separate shower. It also has direct access to the patio.

It is ideal for a group of 4 adults and 2 children but can accommodate a 7th guest with a $35 per night charge.

The location of this condo is fantastic. You walk out of the sliding glass doors onto a very large deck overlooking the pools and the ocean. It is within a few steps of the restaurant, coffee bar and lobby. The condo itself is well appointed with comfy seating, a well stocked fridge and large display table. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms huge! Would definitely stay here again. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and offered help with any questions we may have.

The unit is need of maintenance. The living room couches/chair cushions were separating from the frames and were very soiled and worn. This made the living room very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay in this unit again if the living room furniture was replaced. It was great that parking and the Citron restaurant were both very close to the unit.

Mornings with coffee on the patio and evenings watching the sunset were highlights of our trip.The unit itself is beautifully maintained, with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Beautiful suite, beds are huge, very spacious, huge bunk bed. We were able to park right by our room which was a plus. It’s on the first floor, loved where the suite was located. Right in front of the pools. We would stay outside in the patio at night and play board games. Highly recommend this suite, 6 of us stayed here comfortable.
