Great views

Very clean property, great location 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative was there was no broom, mop, or other cleaning supplies, we stayed for 5 nights so it was needed. Other than that beautiful property!

Pros & cons of this condo

Condo very nice, not equipped with much, bring your own beach towels, only 4 cabana's so bring beach chairs, basic kitchen stuff bring salt, pepper, spices , dish towel, if you want clean towels bring laundry soap only comes with 4 towels. The earlie check in was rediculous 20$ per hr. There is construction going on is loud in the morning & afternoon. The floors were bad, are feet were black from walking on it. The jacuzzi tub looks clean but when you fill it up & turn jets on o my it's filthy. This complex is not even half built. When it's built out it will be very nice, looks like the owners of condo are new at this & have not stayed for long in condo. Living room furniture needs to be upgraded not enough space for 4 people to get comfortable and watch a movie. Location is great right on sandy beach last condo complex before wrecked at the reef. The host is on it, we had some electrical and wifi problems with in 10 mins someone was there and fixed it. We needed more t.p & paper towels had those asap as well. Host is great! After they get the small snags out & get there maids to step it up will be great!
