Great experience.

It is a beautiful condo, great view, excellent resort. No complaints about anything. Highly recommend.

I was not aware I was checking in thru a third party Casago and check in is at a different location. We had to wait almost 1 hr to get approval to park our Canam and trailer at hotel facility because thru vástago it’s not allowed. Check in was 3hrs long. I put my kids ages on the application when I got there there was a extra charge for my oldest son.. they said somehow it was not registered correctly. It was a horrible experience because I missed my appts in rocky point because of this mess. And took us 3hrs to do a check in & get our room. We checked in at Casaga and had to check in again (wait in line again) at Bella Sirena.
