Welcome to paradise!

From its 4th-floor ocean-front end unit location, Sonoran Spa condo W 410 gives you a beautiful, comfortable place to make the most of your stay. This unit is newly remodeled and styled in white, wood accents with touches of coastal blue.

The open-plan living area starts with gorgeous granite countertops and a dining table for 5 and counter seating for four. Feel right at home in the kitchen fully equipped with large appliances, dishwasher, toaster, blender Mr. Coffee and a Keurig coffeemaker and much more.

The glass door opens the main living area to the extensive balcony patio for a full beach experience. The living room is open with many stunning ocean views and leather couches with enough seating for all of your guests. W 410 also has a flat screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

A King bed with a down comforter in the primary bedroom is perfect for sleeping to the soothing sound of the ocean(Oceanview) with a flat screen smart TV. The ensuite has a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a down comforter and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom's double bunk beds are awesome for kids, featuring three twins and a full. The guest bathroom is perfect for guests.

Overlooking, broad Sandy Beach, the Sonoran Spa is a classic resort at Rocky Point, Mexico. The large, winding swimming pool is surrounded by chaise lounges and has a large jacuzzi. The pool is heated in cooler months. There's a slide for kids. You can also use the resort's tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball court, and barbecue area.

The Sonoran Grill is handy to pop in for a drink or a satisfying meal from their popular menu that offers quality cuisine and family favorites. Many other restaurants/bars are within walking distance. A convenience store, pharmacy and ocean-view gym are also on site. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. The Bunk room was perfect for our group to put the kids together. Stephanie was great to work with, very quick to respond and helpful when reception had one less wristband needed for our group. She helped to get it sorted out quickly. She was also wonderful to work with when we had problems without original trip dates and help to get our reservations rescheduled. Very grateful for her help and flexibility. Would stay here again!

Excellent condo, I would go back in a heartbeat! Just a heads-up: you’ll need to rent chairs and umbrellas if you want to sit on the beach, so come prepared. The best part is that there’s no need to drive anywhere (bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance from the condo).

We had such a nice weekend staying here! The resort is clean, safe, and very family-friendly. The condo’s beach decor was adorable and my family of eight was very comfortable! We had everything that we needed for a fun couple of days. We have stayed at several different condos at this resort and this one was our favorite!

We had a nice weekend getaway and the condo was lovely, any question we had Stephanie was very responsive. The unit is comfortable and comes with most necessities. I recommend bringing a hair dryer and beach towels though as they are not provided. Thank you to the hosts for being accommodating and looking forward to a future trip to Rocky Point.

The Condo is beautiful clean and modern with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The condo accommodates everything you might need from a laundry room to a blender! Instructions were easy to follow and had open communication with owner if we had any questions My family that ranged from a 6mo - 65 yr old absolutely loved it !
