Amazing views

Easy to access, lots of amenities, lots of onsite options. Check in is off site and that was communicated in the check in emails. Host is very responsive before & during stay. Friendly check in company with lots of recommendations! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Most everything was great! The resort was super clean and friendly staff. Beautiful view from the patio. It was challenging to find the sweet spot for a hot shower, a few had cold showers. Also, it would be nice if extra trash bags were provided. We produce a lot of trash between carry out food and drinks. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back!! Thank you!

Amazing facility with a lot to see. So much that we did not see the whole property within the 3 day stay! Much needed light on the property. It was very hard to see where to walk.

Sit back relax and enjoy the View!

Well maintained unit and resort. Love the lazy river, infinity edge pool and slide. Waking up with a coffee on the patio over looking the sea of Cortez was a great start to every day! We brought our own food and cooked every meal in the room. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for making meals. Resort food pricing is maybe 20% lower than US however quality is not the same. Beach front maintained by the resort and was beautiful everyday! Definitely recommend a stay in Topaz 903!

Fantastic view!

Relaxing stay

Had a great time at this property. Check in was a nightmare due to the room being ready when promised, twice. But that is not the fault of the property listing owner, the property itself seemed backed up and overwhelmed. But once we were checked in it was a beautiful stay. The home had everything we needed for a great getaway, will definitely be back.

Front desk issues

I booked the room for the day before we actually arrived in order to check in when we got there the next day. They told us it was being cleaned and we had to wait. I came back in an hour and demands we get in our room as I had rented for the night before and they finally figured out their error and gave us the keys to 906 instead of 903. I was very frustrated with the front desk. Condo was great. Comfy bed and great sunset views.
