It was a friends stay and we have a perfect trip, the hotel have a magnificent view of the lake and volcanos the room was big enough for 6 people with two bathrooms

Nice property in a great location. Views of the Lake are very good. Restaurant is above average. Rooms are somewhat dated and not soundproof so you can hear the neighbors above quiet loudly. WiFi is also a bit inconsistent.

This was a centrally located property in Puerto Varas. The breakfast wasn't the greatest- but there are several bakeries and coffee shops close by. The staff was very friendly and offered some great recommendations.

The stay was excellent! Our suite has a spectacular view of the lake and volcano. The room was clean and tidy, and the staffs are all very friendly. We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. The location is also excellent with walkable distance to beach, many very nice stores, restaurants and parks nearby. 5/5!

Very good location walking distance from amenities and right across lake with loveky view including volcanos. Staff friendly, helpful, flexible and professional. Very good location in the city centre with rooms overlooking the lake. Very kind staff. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice spa. It has been my second time in this hotel and I will come back

Had a lovely room at the Bellavista overlooking the lake and volcanos. Nice balcony for watching the sunsets. Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. They ensured that I had everything I needed especially since my Spanish is so limited. Spent an afternoon at the jetted pool, sauna, and had a massage. My only complaint about the entire experience was that I would have liked the pool to be warmer. Would definitely stay here again.
