Spacious apartment recently renovated, with new furniture. It has a front terrace overlooking the pool and community garden, rear terrace and large terrace with private garden. Located in a quiet residential area of Puerto de La Cruz, very close to the Botanical Garden. It has a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and shops where you can make convenient purchases. Less than 15 minutes walk from the center of Puerto de La Cruz, also has public transportation and possibility to rent a private garage.
