The hotel had a resort feel with is 4+ pools, private beach, numerous restaurants, and daily activities. However not all restaurants were open. I wish they'd shared that. The food I dis have there I didn't really enjoy and ventueed back into the city for dinner moat days. Its an older hotel so things could use some updating but it was very clean. I reallly enjoyed my balcony overlooking the Pacific. Picking a room with that amenity is definitely worth it.

The resort is about 30 minutes outside of the city so you get the best of both worlds - lovely resort with private beach and access to the city if you want to go sightseeing or enjoy the night life.

Overall I would give this place a 4 out of 5. The staff since my wife and I arrived with our kiddo were nothing but kind and great to us. They catered to my wife’s needs being pregnant also. Only complaint I do have is that during our stay in the 9th floor their was construction going on in the floor below us so their was constant noise for us to relax. In addition one of the restaurants was under construction but they still accommodated and used that menu in Asiana. Great food and atmosphere. Thank yall for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful but limited dining.

Beautiful location. There was construction going on during the day (I had to do a bit of work in my room) which was a bit annoying. Limited dining options, but overall a nice resort. Staff was friendly. Next time I will stay in Casco Viejo.

Unfortunately a number of restaurants on property were closed and staff gave poor information e.g. that the Italian cafe was only closed on Sundays (but it was also closed on Monday). Really not good selection of restaurants for an independent traveler so went off property to eat. It seems that the hotel is basically a tour location

I regretted booking here, simply because it felt like walking into a hotel in the US. Nothing Panamanian about it. Very expensive food. Full of Americans. There were very limited food options for breakfast, other than the expensive buffet. We ordered room service once, but it took two hours to arrive. Nothing to do in and around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
