The property was beautiful staff friendly but we were not told our stay was not All inclusive which impacted what we planned on spending usually when we come we pay for an all inclusive stay never have we had to pay for meals an drinks so that was very disappointing

I was surprised this was a Westin as it didn’t live up to the excellence I’ve come to expect from this brand.The room was good but I was unable to open the door to the patio. The beach and pool area was good but ants were literally crawling all over the lounge chairs. The spa experience was poor - dirty changing area, clogged toilets, empty TP rolls. The massage was akin to Massage Envy. The food was meh. The server actually forgot that he’d seated me & took care of others who arrived after me. Info about the hotel was printed on small sheets of copy paper — something you’d get at a 2-star hotel. This may be good for some people but I have higher standards for a Westin.

Everything was excellent. Staff very kind and friendly. Restaurants a la cart very good.Restaurants buffets with variety. Place is very pleasant. This was our third time.I recommend this hotel 100 0/0.

The mattress and pillows where terrible the beach was terrible the pool areas where very dirty and no maintenance insde and outside of the pool areas

The hotel was a pleasant place to stay, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. However, it lacked a well-structured program for children, which was a noticeable drawback. There were no designated kids' clubs or organized activities to keep the young ones entertained. Consequently, parents might find themselves needing to provide their own entertainment. Therefore, families seeking a kid-friendly environment might want to consider this aspect carefully.

Although there were a few things that disappointed me about this hotel the best thing was Vivian at the Solereo bar. A lovely girl who engaged guests, organised Karaoke and danced with those who wanted. She was the best experience of our holiday .
