You will enjoy all the excitement and magnificent views of Houghton Lake from the adorable back deck and yard of this updated cottage with 50' of direct Houghton Lake East Bay frontage. Clean, tidy and comfortable furnishings will relax you indoors after you enjoy a fun day of swimming, boating, grilling and of course, an end of the day bonfire! Bring your boat, this cottage features a lovely new dock! The property owners reserve the right to one side of the dock, where they will have a personal use only pontoon- and will possibly access this pontoon via the side yard and property dock. During this time, property owners will have no access to the house nor use of the yard. The great news here- knowing if you have any issues while you are enjoying this cottage, the owners are nearby and able to assist you immediately! Enjoy the gas BBQ grill, two kayaks and swim toys along with a selection of life jackets all for use during your stay. Pets not allowed at this time.
