Horrible host

My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. We did not get into the condo until 1 am. We had dirty towels on the kitchen floor, therefriderators left wide open and off, Had dirty sheets on the bed, had to clean it at 2 am. The hostess said she would reimburse until she found we had a service dog, frenchy 20 lbs. Her cleaner came to the door on two seperate occations and when we were not ther. Wend then Called me a liar and said my daughter does not have PTSD! Then called me WHITE TRASH due to my area code. I am a professional and so disqusted!!!! I contacted VRBO and hope she is no longer able to rent.
