This property was clean!! I can emphasize enough how clean everything was. In my opinion, it was also very modern. I felt very comfortable sleeping each night, not only because there was 24hr security once the office closes, but the beds were soft, sheets were clean and we did not see one bug inside of our room the entire stay. The property is very small; I would guess maybe 20 rooms total. There were 3 restaurants within walking distance. Because it is not a resort with things to do on site, I recommend getting a car. We had one so it was perfect. You can also order cab service if you do not have a vehicle. Wonderful stay, perfect for our family.

The staff deserve 10 stars!! They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later.

We arrived around 2.15 pm but room did not get ready until 3.30 pm. We went to Nextdoor Baci for lunch. The staff is nice, plenty of parking,rooms are spacious, free complementary pastries, and they provide water bottles. I would highly recommend staying here for budget friendly option. The management is very knowledgeable and professional

Fix the safe in room 101. I was unable to secure my valuables because the device was broken. This could cause some guest anxiety. Provide robes and slippers. The balcony is great. So, robes and slippers could maximize relaxation outdoors on the balcony. Equip the rooms with a microwave. Guests need to be able to reheat food after hours once the main lobby closes for the evening.
