This privately owned Condo at Coral Gardens Resort is located directly on Grace Bay, and sits on the best snorkeling reef in Provo. This modern, spacious, 1000-square-foot condominium features all the amenities to make your island holiday a memorable and relaxing one. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide direct access to the pool and the tranquil clear water and white sandy beaches of Grace Bay.

Beautiful Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and flat screen TV. The master bathroom with has a large walk-in shower. The main living area has a fold out sofa bed, working desk, a flat screen television, and a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen has full sized appliances, blender, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, glass top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Open your sliders to a dining patio, and within 30 steps you are standing on one of the world's best beaches.

Please be aware, the Hyatt Hotel Group is building an Andaz Hotel next door to our property. As of December 10th, the building is fully enclosed with walls, sliding glass doors and windows. The majority of the work being completed now is indoor finish work as they are rushing to open sometime in Q1 2026.
