UnCrowded location . 10 min to grocery charge is $10 per person. Nice for walking on the beach and water sports activities. Continental breakfast has no varieties, but good enough to start your day. The days we stay in April were very windy therefore not able to use pedal boards .

Our family of 3 ( myself, husband, 16 year old daughter) booked for the Easter holidays. Our reservation was for a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite for 7 nights. Upon arrival , there did seem to be a bit of a mix up as they had to ‘check inventory of rooms’ and subsequently ended up giving us 2 adjoined 1 bedroom suites. So we had 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, double sized deck, etc. the suites were in the brand new building so they were very modern, beautiful, and clean! It was definitely way too much space for just 3 people and created some separation that we didn’t necessarily want on a family vacation. On the other hand - the privacy and space was nice in some respects for our teenager. The view was absolutely amazing. The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, charming.:) we had a car rental so it was easy to get to our excursions, other dining options, shopping , etc around Grace Bay Area. The resort is very quiet , just the one restaurant on site that was ‘ok’ not great but good for snacks & breakfast. It has a small pool area but there are 2 hot tubs on the roof top bar overlooking the ocean! It felt very safe and was totally relaxing. The king beds we had were pretty firm with lots of huge floppy soft pillows- no gel or foam supportive options ( not my preference but I think pretty standard for most condo type residence suites in the Caribbean). Overall we really loved this property.

My family & I had a great time staying at Windsong for the week. The beach was beautiful, our room was spacious & nicely equipped, and overall the staff was courteous and helpful. Vernel at building four's beach access and Wilder the rooftop bartender in building four deserve special praise. Both of these guys provided exceptional service on several occasions and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay at the Windsong. The proximity to everything, easy parking, and a lovely 2 bed 2 bath condo with a kitchen/balcony was perfect for our needs with young children. However, two of the nights the blaring fire alarm randomly went off, waking our toddlers, without any explanation. In addition, while the water is beautiful, the beach is seriously eroding at the resort, resulting in a very small strip of beach with water basically lapping at the chairs. The facilities are somewhat outdated. For the price of this resort, I would choose to go elsewhere, though we did have a good time on our vacation.

The stay was very relaxing. The front desk and administration staff made our visit very welcoming. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean, quiet with all the amenities of home. The restaurant food was very good and the serving staff very accommodating. The pool was perfect and with proximity to the ocean beach was excellent. I'd recommend this location for a comfortable vacation.

We had an amazing stay of three nights and days in a standard room. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and kettle—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym is well-equipped and quite decent, offering more than just the usual treadmill and stepper. It also features two Peloton bikes and even a small kitchen area with a Nutribullet and mixer for your post-workout protein shakes. Breakfast is continental with limited options, but surprisingly satisfying. We added two sunny-side-up eggs since eggs aren’t included in the continental selection. You have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the main restaurant overlooking the beach or by the poolside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always ready to go the extra mile as long as you greet them with a smile. The beach is absolutely stunning—a long stretch of white sand perfect for leisurely walks that take you past different resorts without interruption. There’s also a reef area ideal for snorkeling, where you’ll see plenty of colorful fish. They offer complimentary use of catamarans, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. The water is crystal clear and wonderfully refreshing. Our flight departed at 5 PM, while checkout was at 11 AM. The hotel kindly allowed us to use the facilities, stored our luggage, and even offered a hospitality suite so we could shower and change before heading to the airport. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated
