We stayed in Building # 4- it is brand new and beautiful rooms. There is a roof top bar and hot tubs in our building which was very nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs poolside and on the beach. The only con was the food was average. A little improvement in the dining here would make it top notch!!

We were upgraded to a very nice room with sea view. The staff are polite and friendly. They probably need more diverse dinning and bar or some music to make it more attractive to stay in the hotel and dine there rather than going out every night.

The hotel was clean, nicely landscaped, and had great beach access with lots of equipment available for free usage. They had plenty of available beach chairs, including shaded options. Most of the staff was very friendly, especially the front desk, concierge, waitstaff, and bar tenders. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and appliances. The gym was good, too. The restaurant was underwhelming, especially breakfast, though we had some items at other meals that were better than others. The hotel felt a bit dated relative to its price point and rating. Some of the beach equipment staff were less friendly, as if we were bothering them. We had a few issues with our room, though they were quick to address the problems.

For what we wanted to do, Wind Song was perfect. This was our 3rd trip to Turks. Our plan was to chill out, relax, have some good food. We enjoyed the convenience of The Dunes and JoJos Cafe, but especially the views from the tables at the Dunes. It was easy to get a cab to the restaurants we had reservations at. We will be back to Wind Song.

Our room was clean and they came in every day to give fresh towels and offered turn down service. Most of the employees were friendly, some were not. Service was good. Beaches were beautiful and next to a snorkeling area. Food and drinks were good. The water pressure in the showers were not great. They could have replaced the yellow tubes in the beaches and maybe add one more, but other than that. We would come back again.

The didn’t have the room we requested 3x over the phone when arrived. The didn’t provide the balloons and champagne I called to surprise my husband on his birthdays. We stopped eating at the hotel because service would take 75 minutes to get food. The bar tender on the roof is exceptional. He shouldn’t work there. That’s the only reason they get a 2. No accommodations made for any of the above issues and very very snooty front desk.

Could be better

Accommodations are beautiful and location is spectacular. The staff however, was mediocre at best. Several of the employees had attitude for no reason and the service at the restaurant was very slow.

Great location on a reef, friendly and efficient staff, many amenities (rentals for water sports, bicycles, etc.), clean spacious accommodations, excellent continental breakfast, and a beautiful cozy beach. Our only complaint was the food and beverage service. Food from the hotel was very expensive, the service was slow (with the notable exception of breakfast), and the drinks were weak. Our one attempt at a buffet dinner at the hotel was a comedy of errors. The rest of our experience was so good and the staff was so gracious that we can overlook all that. We recommend Windsong highly.

This place is awesome. While it is far from other resorts and restaurants, the location is perfect for a bit of a quiet and relaxation. The staff are excellent!
