Great unit. Incredible view. Perfect spot on beach. Quieter place good for families. Does not have all of the “extras” of the bigger resorts if that is important to you.

What an amazing place! All you need to bring are your clothes…and any food items if you want. Otherwise nothing is overlooked, from an assortment of yeti cups to grocery carry cart and reusable bags. First time staying, and would not hesitate to come back. Only suggestion is to rotate the mattresses, or time to buy new. 2 of 3 (king, one twin) definitely had some sagging.

Amazing stay at Turks on Grace Bay!

Such a lovely stay with beautiful views and large terrace to enjoy. Suite 306 had every amenity that we needed. Location is so easy for dining and grocery store. Easy Wi-Fi/printer for work. Quiet and comfortable- and spacious! Pool and open bar near the pool was so convenient and happy hour so fun. Enjoyed tennis every day. Loved every minute. Loved the sunset sail with Lady Grace next door at Ritz-Carlton.

Wonderful condo at perfect location with all of the amenities you could ever need-yetis, beach cooler, lounge chair covers, rolling beach beach, everything you could ever need on vacation! Highly, highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Villa Renaissance. The location is great for walking to restaurants and the supermarket, and of course the beach is amazing. The apartment was very comfortable and we loved the big balcony. The staff were great and we enjoyed the drinks from the bar at the pool and beach. We never wanted to leave!

Excellent condo

This is an excellent condo, with personal touches. They owners provided us with our personal towels, yeti, beach bag and more. The place was very clean and easy to access. Loved the beach front view. If you have to work, the desk is a nice feature. Would love to come back and stay again. Oh and the location was excellent, walkable to the store, and lots of shops and restaurants.

Excellent condo and location

This condo was very clean and outrageously nice. The first floor offered much convivence for us coming right from the beach. The location was great and close to town. The service and the amenities were excellent. The owner was very nice and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. I would definitely go back to this condo.
