This is my fourth trip to Turks and the first time staying at Seascape.The staff was kind, helpful, authentic and postive. The made this stay even better than my earlier experiences.

BEWARE OF HUGE COCKROACHES!!! I encountered multiple cockroaches during my stay at BOTH the Seascape hotel building and the townhomes after paying extra to upgrade units. I personally found them inside kitchen cabinets, crawling on bedroom walls, and walking through common areas - several were HUGE and flying. I even watched a toddler chase one near the pool area while her family screamed for her to stop because it was so disgusting. When I reported this, maintenance literally responded “is ok.” It was absolutely NOT ok. Furthermore they did nothing to remedy the issue. I spoke with other guests in the townhouses who confirmed that they also had cockroaches in their units and bought their own raid to try to control the issue, but it was not helping. The property is simply infested with roaches. I have stayed at numerous hotels and villas across Turks & Caicos over several years and have NEVER seen cockroaches anywhere else. Photos taken inside my unit are attached so travelers can make informed decisions before booking.

Omg it was extremely beautiful and clean. Customer service was way better than any major commercial hotel i been to in the past. This was for my wife birthday and just seeing how she loved everything was therapeutic and we travel a lot but this is by far the best experience I ever had. The pool, the free ride to the beach and service was the best. Very secured as well.

Seascapes was minutes from the beach and close to places to eat and explore. The staff were kind upon arrival and departure. Daniel was so kind to escort us via golf cart to the beach which was a great amenity. There were two nice size pools to enjoy while staying at Seascapes. The bedroom suites were a nice size and the cooktop was a great amenity for cooking quick meals.

We would never come back here. Pool is not heated and they are super stingy about their towels. They don’t give you water or bars of soap. There is a vending machine where you can get snacks and water but we had to discover it because no one told us about it. It’s motel style so no lobby and that’s not a safe feeling for me. It’s not a pleasant walk to town but you can walk if you want. Lots of stray dogs so be careful. They bark a lot at night. The cleaning lady came late to clean our room and finished at 5:00pm. So we couldn’t all shower before dinner after being at the beach. Plus they didn’t give us enough towels for the amount of people we had in our room which was only 3. I had to keep asking for another towel. There are two sides of the hotel and one side has a gym and a better pool. The worse side can’t use the gym. The worse pool which is freezing (both are cold) had speakers that played the same exact song over and over. This happened for two days. They will drive you to the beach in a golf cart and those drivers are very nice. The beach is good but you have to walk or get a ride. It’s about a 12 minute walk. We had only pant hangers in the closet in our room. So I had to ask for dress/shirt hangers for my clothes. Overall, this place is just average. I’m used to a higher end hotel so this was very disappointing.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Slight setbacks: the pool could have been cleaner and we had noisy neighbors a couple of the nights. We stayed in the hotel (not the suite or the townhome) and there was limited natural lighting. The staff was absolutely amazing. The ladies working in the office helped us on multiple occassions, promptly. Daniel and Max were joyous and polite. They were personable and cracked coconuts for us upon request. We really will miss the hospitality here!

Townhome very clean and upscale. Probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Staff was exceptional! Welcoming, friendly and always willing to help out. Hotel is safe and gated from all sides.
