We are a second-floor, 3-bedroom 3 3-bath condo which we fully renovated right back to the studs and new everything. Please note there is NO elevator in the condos

Our bedrooms are configured as Two Kingsize and 1 Twin allowing 6 people to comfortably enjoy the peace and tranquility that is North West Point Condominiums.

A 300sq foot covered balcony offers ocean views that are simply amazing - plus we have lots of comfortable chairs and a dining table for 6 - see pictures for more details - but to tempt you further there is a large pool and hot tub, as well as a covered deck and boardwalk to our own private beach - 1 min 34 seconds from door to sand - where you will find chairs, loungers, and shades for all.

Enjoy watching the world go by with a drink whilst reclining in our Polywood outdoor sofas and chairs or enjoy supper at the countertop table right off the kitchen before retiring to the comfort of the double sofas and perfectly appointed living room. See pictures


Please note that you will NEED a rental car to enjoy the delights of North West Point Condominiums - I will be able to send you details once you book the options and finer details - taxis are an option but due to the remote location are not cheap or easy to source

We are located 25 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from Grace bay - in fact, we are 25 minutes from anywhere on the island as it is not that big

*******Update - a new fabulous bar and restaurant just opened approx 15 from us - Rock House - swanky bar and amazing food *********£££

The resort is located as I have mentioned at the far end of the island and to add to the unique charm you need to travel about 5km down what I describe as the four-lane dirt highway to chill - so please drive carefully as at times (after heavy tropical rains) there may be potholes. Any style of rental car is fine - I have rented a micro car in the rainy season and it was totally fine. Don’t listen to the doomsayers

Due to the cost of water and electricity on the island, the rates vary due to the number of people in the condo.

Please also try and protect the planet by using the fans rather than the AC -we are part of the remote adjust "Protect the island" by Fortis who will adjust at peak times if lower than 73 - please set it to 78 during the daytime

Please advise your party size correctly as your insurance policy needs this also we will ask when you complete the rules and regulations as we have to inform NWP Condominiums management of our arriving guests.

The condo was very clean and had everything you could want to cook. We really enjoyed our time there. The owner was incredibly responsive to all our requests and communications. The only downside was the seagrass. The owners have nothing to do with this issue but it would be nice if the condo complex would clean the seagrass off more than once a week.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the property grounds are beautiful as well. The owners have done a wonderful job and the condo has everything you could need to make this your home away from home while on vacation. It was also very clean. This condo is on the far north end of the island and is tucked away from all the busy areas of the island. This was perfect for us as this was just what we wanted but others should know that it is a little out of the way and down a bumpy dirt road. Again, not complaining, it was what we wanted. If that is what you are looking for, I would highly recommend this property. Unfortunately, the timing didn't work out for us to try the restaurant on the property with their hours so I can't say how it is but there is a menu in the condo that the owners left for guests. Other people around us that owned condos were extremely friendly too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! The host has thought of every detail in this amazing condo. We truly enjoyed the beach, daily walks to watch the sea turtles and the pool. The beach chairs and umbrella were wonderful for exploring other beaches too. A beautiful resort, wonderful condo and a peaceful place away from the crowds.

Seas the Day TCI was just what we were looking for after some terribly cold winter weather at home! The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need, but cannot bring when flying. The one thing I was not able to find in the grocery stores was K-cups. Bring a few, or try the Turks and Caicos ground coffee which was quite good.The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet, somewhat secluded location away from town. This complex is literally right on the beach. Do be sure to take a day trip to Grace Bay Beach as it is consistently rated one of the best beaches in the world.There are plenty of restaurants on the island, but 'Tides' on propery was delicious and convenient. We ate there twice during our stay. Collin was easy to work with, and communication was quick and clear. We would stay here again if we return to TCI.

This is beautiful 3 bedroom, three bathroom condo with a large coveted outdoor patio with a longe are and a second dining table. It has everything you would ever need in the kitchen, lots of very nice towels and outdoor beach furniture. It is very nicely decorated and pride in ownership is clearly shown.

We had an incredible time at Seas the Day. The property was beautiful, clean, and remote (just what we were looking for) but still close to town. The home was stocked with everything we needed and couldn’t bring on our flight, including beach towels and bags, sand toys, coffee, tea and pantry staples. It was so comfortable and the views were stunning. Colin was a perfect host and got back to us within minutes on every communication. We brought our three kids ages 5, 9, and 11 and they loved it! What a perfect retreat after our exciting adventures snorkeling, boating, beaching, and enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub. We hope to be back soon- no one wanted to leave!

Absolutely amazing time ! Quiet beach away from the crowd, saw sea turtles daily, and just beautiful. The house was immaculate and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was nice to have the restaurant on site as well! Hope we can make it back someday.

We had a great time. The condo is comfortable and the coolers and chairs are clutch when you’re beach hopping. Be sure to sit on the deck and check out the amazing stars. We were treated to a shooting star show during our stay. The grounds and pool are fabulous, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, but when we did run into people they were friendly and nice to talk to. We will always treasure our trip to TCI.

Amazing vacation at Seas the Day TCI!

Seas the Day was a beautiful place for us to stay on our family vacation. Collin made planning and enjoying so easy with his prompt and thorough communication. The NWPR is a pretty isolated area so Collin made sure that we had everything we needed. From beach towels, coolers and chairs to bottle openers, tupperware and puzzles and everything in between, it was great! The beach is gorgeous and we had it pretty much to ourselves most days other than the sea turtles that took walks/swims with us. The pool and hot tub area is fabulous and the restaurant had everything we could need for some picky eaters. I really can't say enough about the hospitality. We absolutely will return to this wonderful location!

Incredible Stay at Seas the Day TCI and Chill!

We had an amazing experience staying at Seas the Day TCI and Chill! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The property is stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun getaway. The outdoor space was a dream, with gorgeous views, a great pool, and plenty of places to lounge and unwind.One of the highlights was the friendly and welcoming community of residents at the complex—it made the stay feel even more special. Everyone was kind and easy to chat with, and it added such a nice social vibe to our trip. We also loved the casual restaurant by the pool—it was the perfect spot to grab a bite or a drink without having to go far. Plus, there were fun games around the pool area that made for some great afternoons of relaxation and laughs.Collin Miles was an outstanding host—welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and shared great local tips that made our trip even more memorable.The location is fantastic—peaceful and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and everything else you’d want to explore in Turks and Caicos. Great stay!

Great property that was quiet and isolated - an excellent get away for our family vacation! The unit was excellent with everything we needed. Great pool and quiet beach. We saw a family of sea turtles during our morning walk. Only downside was a longer drive to the property on some rough roads (watch out for potholes and other drivers). However, it was worth the drive for the privacy and seclusion.

Perfectly peaceful

The condo is exactly as pictured - recently renovated, spotless, and tastefully decorated. Everything you’d need (but don’t want to pack) for a beach vacation is thoughtfully provided (eg, snorkeling gear, beach bags, pool floats, etc). The condo, as described, is located about 25 min away from the Grace Bay/large hotel/shopping areas, but we found this location to be even more beautiful and untouched. The pool is very nice and the beach is absolutely peaceful. The balcony is truly a perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. We would definitely return!

A lovely stay

The condo had everything we needed - we appreciated the beach towels, chairs, kitchen items, and plentiful hooks to hang things on. The outdoor balcony was very nice. It was a great place to be away from crowds. We never encountered more than a handful of people while walking the beach in either direction. The downside to the seclusion is that it takes a good 20-25 minutes to get to other places like Grace Bay and Chalk Sound. It wasn't a problem for us, but just something to be aware of.

Amazing Vacation to Turk and Caicos

Turks and Caicos has been on our bucket list and we decided to come to Provo. A vacation to Seas the Day at the Northwest Point Condos was a dream come true. It was my wife and I along with our two kids 5 and 8 years old. This condo was perfect for us. First let me tell you about the location. The resort is secluded. You need to rent a car to get there and to explore the island. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and is located by itself. It is hard to find a place like this is paradise that is so secluded. If you are looking for a place that is right by the hustle and bustle and party atmosphere this is not the place for you. This is for relaxing and enjoying. You are only a 15 minute drive you great restaurants and 25 minutes to beautiful Grace Bay. The 3 bedroom condo has everything you could want and more. You could tell it was newly renovated and had all of the amenities. It was nice they had beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The resort was not very busy at all. There is plenty of room for all of the people staying there. Every morning my kids and I would enjoy the pool and we usually had it to ourself. There was some seaweed in the beach. You could walk to the left for 2 miles with nothing and another mile to the right and nothing. You were stoped by rocky beaches, not other resorts. So peaceful. We enjoyed the beach here but also took a drive to enjoy the other beaches on the island. The restaurant at the resort was also very nice.

Great condo- super quiet

Everything about the condo worked great. It was a large space, clean, equipped with everything you need. Owner was super responsive. Location was a slight challenge bc the dirt road was a pond at times going to town and it prevented us from going anywhere…we were not prepared for that initially. The Apple weather app is not good. We quickly realized to watch the weather channel radar which was much more reliable. I think it’s very unusual for this much rain to have come, & according to locals it usually absorbs into sand very quickly. We had a wonderful time once we stocked with food and changed up the plans but next time would probably consider a Jeep during rainy season to be able to cross the pond! The beaches were incredible! We would definitely go back.

Wonderful time in TCI

We had a great trip in TCI due to Collin’s great communication, thoughtful accommodations, and exceptional care to his guests. From the beginning, Collin was thorough and made sure to give us multiple recommendations and tips for traveling to TCI. It made our first time in TCI immensely better and we look forward to staying again! If you are looking for a more private location, away from the tourist traps of Grace Bay but close enough to get your fix a few times, then book here! We absolutely loved the tranquility of the location, the private beach, and calming space that Collin’s home provided. We loved being able to just sit outside and read or meditate on the expansive balcony and watch the sunset or moon rise. Just make sure you rent a car no matter what that is durable during your stay. We really liked renting from TCI car rentals who provided us with a small suv that really allowed us to safely explore the island. Overall, a wonderful experience and can’t thank Collin enough for the special touches and care he took in ensuring a great stay for us!

Perfect condo at secluded resort

The resort is beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed a private beach and pool during most of our stay. The condo was well equipped, clean, and exceeded our expectations!
