The Ocean Club was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful Grace Bay beach. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Cabana bar and grill by the water had great drinks and the food was excellent. The grounds were well maintained and the pools were clean and relaxing. We took bikes into town one day for a stroll around the shuttle service between resorts was also helpful. Highly recommend a stay at this resort.

The property is pretty convenient and the rooms are very comfortable. Love the access to the beach. Our room was very private and surrounded with greenery and it was amazing to wake up and look at the window. The bar by the beach was convenient and its nice that you can also access their property on the west side. The kitchen was small but had enough for you to cook breakfast of you wanted too. One tip: regardless where you stay in Turks and caicos I strongly recommend renting a car. There is a lot of places to go eat explore outside the hotel and we saw a lot of tourists being stranded or waiting a long time for cabs in the grace bay area. Even to take them back to the airport. Also one of the best things to do is go to Fry fish on Thursdays and if you don’t have a call u will miss this amazing experience. Cons: the only thing I disliked was the use of plastic straws in the property. Ended up finding them on the beach and going into the water. For a property that pledges to be echo-friendly you need to retire the use of plastics straws specifically when being so close to the ocean.

We were expecting it to be a little nicer based on the price we were paying. I called to specifically request not to have a 1st floor room and they put us in a 1st floor room that was dusty, tv didn't work at first, shower was hard to turn off. They had us look at a higher floor room that turned out to be occupied. Then waited to see a larger unit on a 2nd floor that we ended up taking at a much higher price, after many hours of travel. Decor was a little dated but workable. Staff is very nice.

the room we had was very nice and spacious,only thing was the roof leaked when raining and a switch for the bedside lamp didn`t work, workers at the reception were very friendly.Only a couple of workers at the pool bar/restraunt were friendly, most were very unfriendly and acted like they didn`t want to be there

My first time in TCI and it was an absolute dream. Went on a solo trip for my birthday. My room was very clean and had a washer n dryer which was very convenient after the beach. The outside patio was covered so you could also open the door at night and hear outside noise w/O worrying about mosquitoes. Some things I didn't like: charged $40 instead of $20 for the taxi ride from the airport because I was traveling alone. My room had a shower and no bathtub. The East property is not close to things like the West property so you have to pay a lot of taxi fares to do stuff. The front desk receptionist also were not entirely helpful. They would only offer what you would ask and didn't give outside of the box suggestions. I also almost died of thirst one night because there weren't any water on the property or in the room after hours. The restaurant was also understaffed so couldn't provide room service. All in all though, my time spent on the island was an absolute dream!! Can't wait to go back!

Great except for the Rats! Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff very friendly, and the amenities are great we have to give a poor rating due to the issues we had with rats. The rooms were very clean but at night a rat was found running through the room and kitchen. It jumped up on the counters and ran under the sink. The hotel staff were kind and tried to remediate by closing a hole under the sink and supplying a trap but they did not offer to move us. 2 nights later the rat reappeared. We had two sleepless nights. After the 2nd incident it took us nearly an hour to find security. They were kind enough to find us a new room but it was a tight fit for 3 adults to share a queen bed. They offered to see if there was another room in another building with a sofa bed, but it was so late we stuck with what they offered. Hopefully they can address the pest problem for future guests. Note as we left and shared our concerns with the front desk, we were told the property manager would call us but they still have not done so.

We were there with our daughter and her family - 3 and 7 year old grands. They loved both pools - the right size for little and bigger kids. The beach and ocean on Grace Bay were perfect for all of our swimming playing needs. It is the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. The location was great for pick up by boats for snorkeling and parasailing. We were on a second floor 2 bedroom suite overlooking the beach and bay. There was a screened in porch which was perfect for keeping bugs out and watching beautiful sunsets. The breeze was so fresh, we rarely turned on the AC. The cleaning staff kept our suite very clean - even with 2 young kids. It was quiet and sleeping was very easy. The check in guys brought all our luggage up to our suite and brought up a single bed for the grand kids. They were very friendly and kind. We ate many meals at the Cabana Bar which had wonderful food for breakfast and lunch, by the pool so we could watch the kids. The convenience store was a quick walk and made it easy to get needed things without having to leave the property. My husband did not like the fitness center because it was in the basement of one building with no windows, but that was the only complaint. At the end of our week, my 7 year old granddaughter said, "Mimi, can we please come back here next year!"
