This is a lovely property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house. A few pieces of very minor feedback:1. Shower water pressure was pretty weak. Not a trip ruin-er, but likely a simple fix.2. Not a huge deal, but the bedroom layout was not very clear when we booked. There are four large ensuite bedrooms, but one can only be accessed via outdoor corridor. Another bedroom can be accessed from either outside or through one of the other bedrooms. That's fine for families, but could be a little awkward for unrelated friends staying together. Maybe the property description could be more precise?3. There is construction across the channel, which wasn't a major disruption, but does affect the view. We heard jackhammering a couple of mornings, which was a bit inconvenient. Obviously, nothing this property can do other than notify guests at the time of booking (I wasn't aware, but I could have missed a notification).This was our first visit to T&C and it was fantastic. The house and neighborhood added to a more low key experience than the hotels we saw around Grace Bay. There isn't much in the way of restaurants and retail near this house, but you can reach stuff within a 5-10 minute drive. Of course, you can't go wrong with any of the beaches, including Leeward Beach which was an easy 5 minute drive away.
