My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! Our 1 bedroom bungalow and the grounds exuded luxury. It was indeed pristine. We were steps from a quiet breath-taking beach. The turquoise waters are awe inspiring every time you see them. All guests have access to kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles. The villa is a quick drive to the resort areas. Upon booking our host sent an extremely thorough list of information that I found extremely helpful that included recommendations for restaurants, excursions, spa etc. I would definitely return. I hope to plan a big family trip next time where we can stay at the main house on the estate. No matter where you stay on the property, you will be elated!

This is a lovely and fairly secluded spot, away from the hubbub of Grace Bay but close enough that everything is easy to get to. Everything was clean and the staff are super kind and helpful. If you're coming for snorkeling, the best spots are a bit of a walk in either direction, we liked Smith's reef the best. The villa provides snorkeling gear, including fins and life vests. Bring your own keurig pods though!

Perfect Location and Peaceful Beach

Very good contact response to all questions and needs through out the entire process. Highly recommend the Jeep rental. We were able To explore and have lunches and dinners all around the island. Truly steps from the beach and the pools were immaculate. Well kept landscape is beautiful.

**Perfect getaway**

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check in was flawless, and renting the jeep is a must!!! Crayton picked us up from the airport, gave us a tour of the property and was always available for questions. It was our anniversary and they even had balloons waiting for us. The property is private, beautifully landscaped, very clean, and Just the perfect getaway. 💕

Amazing place with very little to complain about.

Super easy. Super private. Great staff and family owned. Worked with us and gave us no issues at all. Only issue is from pictures you think you get private pool and house but there is a shared pool and a few different houses on the property. So make sure you ask what room or house you are getting. Only issue I had was confusion from listing.
