This place is awesome.

Loved out stay, very accommodating, very quiet place with great beach access, great beach, plenty to do, offers a multitude of amenities etc. I would rent here again in a heartbeat

Great Stay

The property was beautiful, quiet and extremely close to the ocean (and snorkeling)! The pools were also very nice! The property felt very safe and secure. The villas themselves were also beautiful and stocked with most necessities(toiletries, cooking utensils, pans, paper towels, cooler for the beach, towels, cleaning products etc) This property is close proximity to everything if you have a car, keep in mind you need to do your own grocery shopping and also be sure you have a phone that can make local calls if needed. (These were really the only two services not provided). The groundskeepers were friendly. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had and checked in on us mid stay to ensure we were doing well. We would certainly return to this property in the future!

Perfection in Providenciales!

This property was amazing and even better than advertised. Crayton was a wonderful communicator from the moment of booking and throughout the entire trip. We had a toddler with us and were easily able to get anything we needed including a car seat. Both pools were gorgeous and the beach could not be better. We had a wonderful week and would love to go back!

Amazing stay at TCI!

It was our first time visiting TCI for a birthday week! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Villa Delevan. The entire property, 1 bedroom suite and pools were modern, immaculate and well maintained. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful gardens, away from the touristy resorts. We felt safe. Everyday we relaxed by private beautiful turquoise beach. Crayton provided all the accommodations and the suite had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. It truly felt like home. There was also plenty of water activity supplies (paddleboards, snorkel gear, kayaks etc.) provided right on the property. It was convenient and perfect for our stay. We are definitely returning! Special thanks to Crayton and his staff for making this trip a memorable one!

Wonderful stay in paradise

Brand new property that was beautifully decorated and landscaped on Grace Bay Beach with all of the amenities you could need. Exceptional service and responsiveness from the manager and staff. All we had to do each day was relax on the world's most beautiful beach.
