Location is great, far enough to be secluded and quiet but close enough to get to downtown Provo quickly. You will want a car to get around though, there is only the marina with a convivence store and a couple restaurants in walking distance. The master bedroom and one other room is upstairs, each with their own bathroom and shower. There is a third bedroom that has a separate entrance just as you enter the home with a bathroom, shower and a small kitchenet. All appliances worked great and there was ample utensils, dishes & cookware. Pool towels were provided along with beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The pool was very nice and we used it daily along with the 4 paddle boards to cruise the channel for sea turtles. The home was clean but we did find some hair on the shower wall in the master bedroom that made us question how well it was cleaned. Other than the hair and the separation of the 3rd bedroom (this could be a good thing or a bad thing, our 15yo son did not like being in there by himself and slept on the main house couch a few nights) we really enjoyed our time in this property and would definitely come back again.

Another amazing visit.

We had another amazing week in Turks and Caicos staying at 18 Kelly Isle. The house is extremely clean and feels like home as soon as you walk in the door, offering all the amenities a family could need. Thanks again to the great team at TKCA.

Great Stay

Perfect Christmas at 18 Kelly IsleWe had an amazing Christmas break at 18 Kelly Isle. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together.We also loved being right on the canal—it was so peaceful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches and everything we wanted to explore. It was the perfect spot for our family holiday!

Family Vacation

18 Kelly Isle is a beautiful villa with plenty of space for my family of 6 adults. The living spaces were comfortable and spacious. The back area with pool overlooking canal was perfect. All the amenities we could ask for - beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. Located in Leeward section, it was an easy drive to town and beaches - we also walked one day. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful home in great location. Loved the sea turtles in the canal each morning. Wonderful Kitchen and Great Room. Had a few issues with Studio Bedroom TV that were not addressed and sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. Overall a great stay.

Great Stay for our family

House was great for our family of 5! Outdoor area and being right on the canal was a fun bonus. Pool got great sun, which we enjoyed. The layout of the house was good, we didn't love the lock-off bedroom for our family but worked out ok. Good communication with the property management company but had issues with payment and few other details that added a bit of annoyance to the process of booking. Some of the furniture wasn't the best quality but did the trick. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, missing skillets but plenty of pots. Could use a few more glass ware that is safe to use outside. Besides that great, house, awesome location and would stay again.

L'emplacement de la villa est parfaite pour la tranquilité. Nous avons profité des paddles board, des vélos, des chaises de plage et des parasols. Nous étions a 25 minutes maximum de toutes les plages. Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes au bord des eaux turquoises et cristallines. Reviendrons assurément.
