Really wanted to like this one :( Dirty - have pics, toilet did not work so first thing that had to happen is maintenance upon arrival - no apology. Let them know it’s an anniversary trip - not a care in the world! All other hotels do a champagne and card. Service awful - our F&B credit from hotels.com was not recognized or honored. Stayed for 3 nights - some mornings - scones and cereal - other morning NOTHING/ some evening - chips - other evenings “we ran out” - room - too small - go to the Omni or the Graduate - view non existant even on the 7th floor. When room “gets cleaned” it is just replenishing amenities - glasses were left unwashed, dirty floor - found someone’s starburst candy and an empty bottle of alcohol under the bed! Not out Hair behind the toilet. Sooo disappointing :( go to the Omni or the Renaissance. Oh and the room service is non existent - rooms not cute and beds are head to head so if your neighbors are having a good time - you will hear it. Worst experience in the east coast so far!! Even if your room is ready upon check in - you will get charged $25 for early check in (it’s already there and ready, why not make the customer happy). I am appalled at our 3 night stay there - had a better time at a motel. Save your money. And enjoy photos of the bugs in the bathroom - I honestly want my money back :( Staff - not at all friendly - otherwise I would have not left a negative review
