The room was in disarray. After a long day of travel, we entered the room and the pullout sofa was still open from house keeping: the walls were dirty and the bathroom door would not completely close. We were only there for one night; however, I am grateful we did not have to stay another night. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. The quality of this location was less than desirable. At 4:30am, there was a party across the hall. The guests were loud and the smell of pot permeated the hallway. To say the least, our stay will never be repeated.

My initial room was a dump. The manager stepped right in relocated me to a very nice room and I am so very appreciative for his hospitality. This room was very up to par. In addition the manager was extremely kind that made up for the last room.

The room had leftover hair in the shower, sink and drawers the air conditioner was broken and pushing out hot air but they fixed it pretty promptly. Breakfast was pretty low quality and typically when I’ve stayed at Hampton inns it’s been way better

Terrible customer service, room wasn’t ready nearly on time, the pool was closed, almost no TP in bathroom, dirty furniture, grotesque windows you can’t see out of. Never coming back.

Not for long stays

If you are going to just be staying for a quick trip it might be fine. However, the amount they are charging per night plus the $200 hold is insane. Brocken bathroom door, tiny fridge didn’t work and we have an infant so that was important. The heated in door pool wasn’t working. Just it looks so run down and dirty! It was not the best stay.

When I arrived to my room the wallpaper is literally peeling off the walls in various places, the couch is dirty and worn and the pillows yellowed. In the bathroom the soap dispenser is literally falling off the wall with drywall screws sticking out of the wall. The staff was no where to be found last night late and aging this morning. Very disappointing!

We had a 6:00 am flight out of TF Green. We were sound asleep; and at 11:07 pm the front desk clerk was opening our door to our room. We were very concerned; and didn’t get back to sleep. The room was not clean; and it was dated. We had a 6:00 am flight out of TF Green. I enquired about a shuttle. I was told we could get a FREE Lyft; so I scheduled. I was charged for the ride.

This is another facility where the poor maintenance shows. Please hire skilled people. The room has multiple things that look like they were put back together by children. Simple repairs to an original quality install were substandard. Treadmills and elliptical as need basic maintenance. WTH? Front counter staff was great if overworked. Not a bad experience, but put more money into maintenance.
