Lovely homely b&b with a personal touch. Large room, ample breakfast, pleasant staff. The communal complimentary coffee lounge was an excellent addition. Only ‘negative’ is the highway which runs alongside, which is noisy but unavoidable.

A very average stay. Food was average, bed & mattress needing replacing, the mattress was bowing both sides with a lump in the middle. Room was clean. Hostess at breakfast was very stern and not customer friendly. On check in we weren’t shown where breakfast was or to our room. It seemed they wanted minimal interaction with guests. Would not recommend or stay there.

I spent two nights at CDH and everything from checking in to checking out was very easy. The food for breakfast was excellent and quickly served. The room I had was good sized and was very clean. I would recommend this B&B for any trip to the Providence RI area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect for accessing downtown Providence. The convention center and a plethora of restaurants are in walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and convenient. We had access to everything we could ask for or need. The service and food were great, and there was ample space for parking our car. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Providence.
